Nothing like the Sun

Phase Three of the Shattered Sun Offensive is officially underway!

The Armory got taken on the Echo Isles server at approx. 2 p.m. today. I was just finishing up grinding out some [cobra scales] to make up some [Cobra Scale Leg Armor] kits with. I checked in with Exarch Nasuun
and got all excited about having some new daily quests to do!
With The Armory retaken our next objectives are to secure the harbor, and build a forge so we can get upgraded weapons.

I knew it would be chaotic when I got there, but Holy Crap!

Thus far when you arrived on the Isle of Quel'Danas there were some enemy Blood Elves lining the harbor that people would kind of give a wide berth to as they headed out for their quests.

Today their bodies lined the streets in an almost disturbing virtual scene reminiscent of the opening 24 min. of Saving Private Ryan.

I do have to say that I have really enjoyed doing the new quests on the first day they become available. There is a real urgency to get into the zone and get them done that adds to a storyline based around an island invasion.

Tomorrow morning that urgency will be gone as things spread out and folks start doing the quests in their own preferred order.
